Class Info

Puppy Basics:

This class is for dogs 3 to 6 months old and up-to-date on shots and vaccinations. This class requires you to bring your clicker, 100-150 small pea sized training treats and a 6 foot, non-retractable leash to each class.

This is a great period in a young puppy’s life! They are never too young to learn and have the same learning capacity as an adult dog. The goal of the puppy class is to promote positive learning in a fun way! We will teach the puppy and puppy parents the positive tools they need to develop obedience and help the puppy mature, grow and gain confidence. In this class we will focus on setting our puppy up for success and promoting positive socialization, problem solving and training.

Basic Manners:

This class is for dogs 6 months and older and up-to-date on all shots and vaccinations. This class requires you to bring your clicker, 100-150 small pea sized training treats and a 6 foot, non-retractable leash to each class.

The goal of the basic manners class is to promote positive training techniques, and problem solving management. We will set our dogs up for success and teach the pet parents how to train positive learning and teach the basics of obedience. We will focus on problem solving normal nuisance behaviors and promote positive training. I will teach the importance of human to dog communication and how to achieve it. There will be no dog to dog off leash socialization in this class. We will focus on creating a better bond with the dog and the pet parent and setting you up for a positive and successful life together.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

Daycare: It is important to note that a reserved spot at daycare may mean that we have had to turn other dogs away. Therefore, if you have reserved a spot for your dog on a particular day but then cannot attend daycare, you must call or email before 7:30am of that day, or you will be charged for the day

Grooming: If you are unable to make your appointment we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice. We reserve the right to impose a 50% deposit on all future appointments if fair notice is not respected. The deposit will be forfeited if the appointment is missed. Missed appointments are very costly and affect not only our groomers, but also our clients waiting to have their pets groomed.

Boarding: We require 48 hours advanced notice if you wish to cancel your reservation or schedule an early pickup for your dog. If you do not give advanced notice in accordance with our cancellation policy you will be charged for 50% of the total reservation or remainder thereof.
