 Adoption Spotlight

Lincoln:

 Meet Lincoln - he is approximately 6 months old, intelligent, active and yes, just a little rambunctious. Our best guess is that Lincoln is a lab/border collie mix. Lincoln is in need of an experienced home with no children. His (very) negative experience with a young child in his previous home - coupled with a lack of boundaries by the adults and the innate challenges of an intelligent herding breed - Lincoln was destined for failure. Don't be fooled - this adorable little puppy is not for the faint at heart - he needs an experienced owner and we will be requiring any new home immediately engage in training with Lincoln. Holly:

 Hurricane Katrina survivor, spayed female @ 4 years old. Guessed to be a Husky or Border Collie mix. She is crate trained. Holly is very shy and timid girl at first but not an aggressive bone in her body. Once she brings out her true sweet personality she is very playful, curious, energetic and happy. She makes a great walking partner and sticks right by your side on leash. Ginger:

  Ginger is a 2-year old spayed female Red Tick Coonhound. She was rescued from an overcrowded shelter in the South and brought to CVHS for the second chance she deserves. This gentle, sweet girl is looking for a home with another dog to help her overcome her shyness and we think she'd be great with kids. Our cancellation policy:   It is important to note that a reserved spot at daycare may mean that we may have had to turn other dogs away.  Therefore, if you have reserved a spot for your dog on a particular day but then cannot attend, you must call or email before 7:30am of that day, or you will be charged for the day. (Voice mail may be left 24-hours a day).
